TnT Flinchum Property Management began in 1984 with just a few properties to manage. Founders Tom Flinchum and Theresa Rosenberg had a vision to grow their company and maintain high standards of customer service. Their years of hard work paid off and today the company has grown to over 15 employees.
They saw the potential need of property owners in the area who could benefit from their management expertise and joined forces with these owners to provide the needed services to successfully manage and maintain a growing number of properties. TnT Flinchum Property Management prides itself by making a difference for their property owners by doing things the right way; whether it involves maintenance, bookkeeping, or customer interaction.

Tom and Theresa have a combined total of 90+ years of experience in the industry, strong community ties, and a dedication to professionalism. Their staff follows these same principles and their communicative and personal approach is the key to the success and longevity of the company.
Meet Our Team
Alex, Senior Leasing Agent
Alex joined the TnT Team in September of 2021 as a Leasing Agent and worked his way up to Senior Leasing Agent in 2022. Alex brings over a decade of customer service experience to our team. Outside of work Alex enjoys watching the Steelers play and spending time with his wife and their pets.
Laura, Leasing Agent
Laura joined the TnT team in the Summer of 2021 as a Summer Move Out Inspector and working her way up to Leasing Agent in Summer of 2022. Before joining our team, Laura taught various subjects for Montgomery County Public Schools for an impressive career total of 30 years. Outside of work, Laura enjoys all things Star Wars and spending time with her friends and family.
Terra, Administrative Assistant
Terra joined the TnT Team in 2023. She brings a wealth of customer service experience to our team! When Terra isn't at work, she enjoys hanging out with her family, concerts, and spending time at the river.
Talmadge, Maintenance Coordinator
Talmadge joined the TnT Team in 2017 as the Maintenance Coordinator. Outside of work, Talmadge enjoys all things racing, collecting rare bourbons, and spending time with family/friends.
Wendy, Bookkeeper
Wendy joined the TnT Team in 2015 as a Leasing Agent and working her way up to Bookkeeper in 2016. Wendy brings a myriad of experiences to our team including past work as a Sheriff's Deputy, Sales Agent, and Stay-at-Home Mom. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling Captain America (the family dog), and crocheting.
